COVID-19 policies

Our goal is to ensure safety for Lume staff & community:

  • Appointment check-ins will happen in the lobby directly outside our front door
  • Temperatures will be checked before entering Lume and a Covid-19 exposure and/or contact with the virus questionnaire will be filled out before entering Lume
  • Lume will provide a handwashing station in the hallway
  • We will have 6 foot distance markers throughout Lume
  • All Guests are required to wear masks while at Lume (medical or non-medical grade).  We ask that you bring your own but we will have extras as well.
  • The Lume Team will be wearing masks and gloves
  • Lume Team will have temperature checked before and after each shift
  • Lume service areas will be disinfected after each guest
  • Extra cleaning measures are taken in between Guests and at open and close for the safety of all
  • Lume will be disinfected nightly
