This place is a must go to for all wellness and recovery treatments. Every time I come out of cryotherapy, I feel incredible and I’ve noticed a positive shift in my overall health. Sarah always makes the process super easy and she’s always so knowledgeable, so I feel like I’m in great hands. I’m literally in great hands from her IV treatments as well, definitely something I’d recommend to anyone, especially after a long weekend.

I went to Lume for infrared sauna and I was very happy with the space and the friendly staff. Bluetooth, private shower with amenities including robe, towels, water, etc. The sauna room was super clean and the sound system just right for the size of the room. I will definitely revisit.

Lume wellness is by far and away the best wellness spa I have been to. I am getting ready to compete in the Flag Football World Championships and had a few lingering injuries.
