Our Scheduling Commitment

At Lume, every appointment is reserved with intention. We structure our schedule to provide each guest with the time, attention, and clinical focus their plan requires. To maintain this standard and ensure availability for all guests, we ask that any changes to your appointment be made with adequate notice.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled time. Appointments can be adjusted via our online booking system or by contacting our team directly. Providing advance notice allows us to offer that time to another guest and keep our schedule running smoothly.

Fees for Cancellation

Appointments canceled within 6 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Appointments canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled time, or missed without notice, are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. These policies reflect the time and resources reserved specifically for your visit, including provider availability and treatment preparation.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible.

While we will always do our best to accommodate you, arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling to maintain the quality and timing of all appointments throughout the day.

Come Early, Enjoy a Treat

We recommend arriving more than 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for parking, check-in, and any necessary forms. Take parking time into consideration when planning your trip.

Arriving early also gives you a moment to settle in and relax before your treatment. Guests are welcome to enjoy complimentary tea and take a moment to pause before beginning their session, helping you feel more at ease, more focused on your personal wellness time, and better prepared for your visit.
