What actually happens at my first visit?
You'll check in at our River North studio, and depending on your service, meet with a nurse, esthetician, or provider who reviews your goals and health history before anything begins. Every visit starts with a conversation, not a sales pitch. Intake forms arrive by text before your visit — complete them ahead of time and your first appointment starts on schedule.
Can I do more than one thing in one visit?
Yes — most guests do. Pair an IV with an infrared sauna, add a vitamin shot to a facial, or finish cryotherapy with lymphatic compression. Tell us what you're booking and we'll sequence it so everything fits in one seamless visit.
I've never done anything like this. Is that okay?
It's the most common way people start. Tell us how you want to look or feel, and your provider will walk you through exactly what they recommend and why — in plain language, at your pace. You'll never be talked into anything. Most first-timers start with something simple: an IV, a facial, or a recovery session.
What are your hours?
Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 7 PM. Friday through Sunday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Holiday hours are posted in advance.
Where do I park?
We're at 351 W Hubbard Street, near Orleans and Hubbard in River North. On-site parking is available, and nearby garages offer discounted parking. Running behind or can't find a spot? Call us — we'll hold your appointment.
