A 60 minute full body massage with pressure, focus and technique customized to your needs.

A massage will Increase blood and lymph circulation, enhancing the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to muscle cells. As cellular health improves, tissues function more efficiently.
Touching the skin or applying pressure relaxes muscle tissue, tendons, and ligaments which reduces painful contractions and spasms. Massage can also reduce nerve compression.

You’ll undress to your comfort level and will be covered by a sheet in a private room for the entirety of your service.
It’s a good idea to drink a lot of water before and after your massage. We also recommend avoiding any strenuous activity after your massage.
Depending on the massage type, you could feel a deep relaxation and potentially a bit sore.
