Do you offer memberships?

At Lume, we understand that building a wellness routine takes commitment, consistency, and support – which is why we proudly offer Lume memberships to help you easily integrate wellness into your daily routine.

Showers are available to guests using our saunas.

We’ve worked really hard to dig into the background of all of our services. It’s our goal to bring you safe services that are either medically validated or that have a strong anecdotal support. We’ve also ensured high training standards with our staff to make sure all of our services are administered with the highest and safest standards. As always, anyone who has a standing medical condition or who has had notable medical conditions in the past should consult a doctor before receiving a service of any type.

We recommend consulting a doctor and talking with one of our staff members to ensure that our services are right for you.

You can’t go wrong with recovery services. As long as you don’t have a standing medical condition, we’d recommend testing out all of our services seeing what feels the best for your lifestyle. Feel free to email us or stop by to chat with a Lume team member about any questions you may have.

For your safety, we do not provide any prenatal care.

At this time we service adults only (ages 18+).

Unfortunately, our small space does not accommodate couples massage and/or more than one massage at the same time.

For MASSAGE - All massage appointments must be canceled or rescheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance to avoid any late cancel fee. Cancellations within the 24 hour window but the day before the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. Same day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full price of the service.

For HBOT AND IV DRIPS - No shows and cancellations within the hour will be charged a $50 late cancel penalty.

For CRYO, INFRARED, AND VITAMIN SHOTS - No shows will be charged $25. Cancellations will not be charged.

For all services, rescheduling the appointment to a different day is still considered a cancellation.

A 15-25% gratuity is appreciated on all services and can be paid either in cash or through Venmo.

We recommend parking in the Mart Parc Orleans Self Park structure located at 437 N Orleans, catty-corner from Lume. You can pre-purchase a spot for $12 for up to 4 hours HERE.

Street parking can also usually be found along Hubbard, Kingsbury, or Illinois.

All items must be unused with original packaging unbroken to be returned. We will happily take any used items back until 30 days after the purchase date.

We believe consistency is key. The more frequently you can incorporate recovery practices into your weekly routine, the better. It takes continued effort to heal or improve at anything - recovery isn’t any different.
