Do you offer memberships?

At this time, we are not selling new Memberships. If you would like to be added to our Membership waitlist, please contact us at hello@lume-wellness.com. 

Do you have showers?

Showers are available to guests using our saunas. 

Are your services safe?

We’ve worked really hard to dig into the background of all of our services. It’s our goal to bring you safe services that are either medically validated or that have a strong anecdotal support. We’ve also ensured high training standards with our staff to make sure all of our services are administered with the highest and safest standards. As always, anyone who has a standing medical condition or who has had notable medical conditions in the past should consult a doctor before receiving a service of any type.

I have a medical condition, can I receive Lume’s services?

  • We recommend consulting a doctor and talking with one of our staff members to ensure that our services are right for you.

  • You can’t go wrong with recovery services. As long as you don’t have a standing medical condition, we’d recommend testing out all of our services seeing what feels the best for your lifestyle. Feel free to email us or stop by to chat with a Lume team member about any questions you may have.

Can I receive Lume’s services if I’m pregnant?

For your safety, we do not provide any prenatal care.

What’s your age policy?

At this time we service adults only (ages 18+).

Do you offer couples massage?

Unfortunately, our small space does not accommodate couples massage and/or more than one massage at the same time.

What is your cancellation policy?

For MASSAGE AND ACUPUNCTURE - All Massage and Acupuncture appointments must be canceled or rescheduled before the end of the business day on the evening before your appointment. All same day cancellations or reschedules will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

For INFRARED SAUNA AND IV DRIPS - At least 8 hours notice must be provided to cancel to avoid a $25 late cancel fee.

For all services, rescheduling the appointment to a different day is still considered a cancellation. 

What is your tipping policy? 

A 15-25% gratuity is appreciated on all services and can be paid either in cash or through Venmo.

Do you host private events or corporate partnerships?

We do! Please contact us at hello@lume-wellness.com if you are interested.

What do you recommend for parking?

We recommend parking in the Mart Parc Orleans Self Park structure located at 437 N Orleans, catty-corner from Lume. You can pre-purchase a spot for $12 for up to 4 hours HERE.  

Street parking can also usually be found along Hubbard, Kingsbury, or Illinois.

What is your return policy for purchased retail?

All items must be unused with original packaging unbroken to be returned. We will happily take any used items back until 30 days after the purchase date.llness.com

How can I go deeper in my recovery and wellness practice?

We believe consistency is key. The more frequently you can incorporate recovery practices into your weekly routine, the better. It takes continued effort to heal or improve at anything -­‐ recovery isn’t any different
